oh what a journey.
I assure you, my yoga journey wasn’t easy from the beginning. I started doing yoga because I was feeling very disconnected from my body and my emotions. As law student and later as legal advisor it was quite normal to be in stress. For quite some time it felt good to be this busy bee, running from one appointment to another, squeezing in sports, family and friends and spending my evenings at after work drinks.
how it began.
“Here I am now, beyond excited to share everything I learned.”
I was in my mid twenties when I first felt that my body reacted to this permanent stress level. Giving 100 % in my professional and private life with no breaks, not acknowledging different energy levels and rather working against instead of with my menstrual cycle I felt exhausted. I needed to change something, but what?
In 2020 I took a sabbatical and went to Bali for couple of weeks to take my first Yoga Teacher Training. And let me tell you, that was life-changing. I know, that sounds super cheesy, but it is what happened! After that experience I didn’t stop taking Yoga Teacher Trainings, workshops and retreats, just because I loved the topic and wanted to learn more.
Here I am now, beyond excited to share everything I learned.
